We create practical, editable safety templates for New Zealand trades, so a business can prepare its task documents without starting from a blank page. SWMS NZ is operated by Keuer Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 48 698 704 853).
Who we are
SWMS NZ is a business name of Keuer Solutions Pty Ltd, a health, safety, environment and quality systems company. We write management-system documentation for trades: full systems for companies that need them, and template libraries for the ones that need the paperwork done well without a consultant on retainer.
The New Zealand catalogue is written to New Zealand law: one jurisdiction, one Act, its own regulations, its own notifiable work rule and its own vocabulary. There is nothing to select and nothing to translate.
How the documents are made
- A written rule for every document. The instruments it must cite, the terms it must use (111, beforeUdig, NZECP 34, Certificate of Competence) and the terms that do not belong in a New Zealand document.
- An automated check. Before a document is listed it is scanned against that rule. A document that fails is not listed.
- Human review. The catalogue is reviewed trade by trade against WorkSafe guidance and the source legislation, and each document carries the date it was last reviewed.
Written to New Zealand law, document by document, and we say on every page which rule we applied.
What we do not claim
We do not claim a document meets your duties on its own, is endorsed by WorkSafe, or is a pass for any prequalification scheme. A template is a starting point. The completed, briefed, followed document is yours, and so is the duty.
