A single is one task for $69.99. A trade pack is every document for that trade, between 13 and 68 depending on the trade, for $299.99. Need more than 5 documents from one trade? The pack costs less.

The first document in every pack. It covers the whole trade at a general level, for routine work that does not need a task-specific document. Use the specific TA when the task changes the risk.

All prices are in NZD. No New Zealand GST is currently charged. An invoice is emailed after purchase. This reflects the NZ$60,000 registration threshold for supplies of remote services, not a permanent exemption; if GST registration becomes required we will register and the price will show GST from that point.

Yes, always. A template lists what a task usually involves; your site decides what it does involve. Delete the hazards that are not there, add the ones that are, fill the site fields, brief the crew and take the sign-on. Purchasing a document does not discharge any duty on its own.

Microsoft Word .docx, fully editable, no locked fields and no password. They are written for Microsoft Word and also open in Google Docs, Pages and LibreOffice, though complex tables and headers can shift a little between applications. Add your logo in the header field on page one.

Yes. The licence is per business, not per project or per site. Use them on every job your business runs. What you cannot do is pass the templates to another business.

Yes. Every document cites the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and the General Risk and Workplace Management Regulations 2016, flags the reg 26 notifiable work categories, and uses New Zealand terms throughout: 111, beforeUdig, NZECP 34, WorkSafe guidance. One jurisdiction, one edition.

A Task Analysis is one piece of evidence a prequalification scheme asks for, and a well-completed one answers the task-level risk questions. It is not the whole assessment, and we do not claim it will get you through. A mapping of documents to prequal questions is on our roadmap.

Every document carries a version number, and a date field you complete when you issue it. The Health and Safety at Work Amendment Act 2026 comes into force on 1 April 2027 and is on our review list. Where we issue a revised edition we will say what changed and the version number will move, but we do not promise a new edition for every change in the law, so check the document against the law in force when you use it. We correct it and email the corrected file to everyone who bought that document, at no charge. That applies to errors in what we supplied. A new edition after a law change is different: we may publish one and may tell you, but we do not promise to, so check the document against the law in force when you use it.
