How it works
Choose your templates. Download. Prepare for the job.
Editable Word files you can customise with your branding, work details and site arrangements. Bought once and yours to keep.
The process
From picking a document to briefing the crew
Pick a trade pack or a single task
Ten trades, 321 documents. Every product page says exactly what is in it, and you can preview the first six pages of any trade’s Master before you buy.
Pick your docs, then pay
Task Analysis or Safe Work Method Statement, chosen at checkout. Only the name changes: the hazards, controls and ratings are the same either way, so you can hand over whatever the paperwork asks for.
Download straight away
A zip of editable Word files, emailed the moment you pay. No portal and no login, and you can ask for the links again with your order email if you lose them.
Review it for the site
A template lists what a task usually involves. Read every hazard and control against the actual site, delete what does not apply, add what does, fill the site fields, then brief the crew and take the sign-on.
Inside every document
What is in every document
- General details
- Project, client, address, location, date, completed by. The description of the activity and its objective.
- Work screening
- A tick list of the conditions that change how you work. The ten notifiable work categories say so; the rest are prompts to assess, not notification categories.
- Legislation and standards
- The Act, the regulations and the task-specific instruments, standards cited not reproduced, and the WorkSafe guidance that applies.
- Hazards and controls
- Step by step: the hazard, the risk before controls, the controls, the risk after. Ranked on the same five-by-five matrix in every document.
- PPE and emergency
- What to wear, 111, the site assembly point, and rescue arrangements where the task needs them.
- Sign-on and approval
- Two blocks. Every worker signs to confirm they have read and understood it: date, full name, company, signature. A manager approves it separately, with signature, date and comments, before the work starts.
Written to New Zealand law
The New Zealand rules each document cites
The Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and the General Risk and Workplace Management Regulations 2016 in every document, with the task-specific instruments, standards and WorkSafe guidance named on the page. 111, beforeUdig and NZECP 34 where they belong.
Notifiable work is a separate decision with a 24-hour clock. The work screening table in every document says which items are notifiable categories and which are prompts to assess, so the decision is made on the page, not left to memory.

Keeping it current
Written to HSWA 2015, and what changes in 2027
Reviewed September 2026
Every document carries a version number, and a date field you complete when you issue it. Written to HSWA 2015 and the GRWM Regulations 2016.
The 2026 Amendment Act
The Health and Safety at Work Amendment Act 2026 is on our review list. Where we issue a revised edition we will say what changed, though we do not promise a new edition for every change. Errors in what we supplied are a separate matter: we correct those and email the corrected file to everyone who bought it.
If we get something wrong
We fix it, and purchasers of that document hear from us with the corrected file.
